ONLINE RETURN POLICY
We will gladly offer an exchange or full refund within 90 days of purchase to the original form of payment.
Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns on software, CDs, DVDs, live goods, food / beverages, hygienic items, cut items, custom orders and items marked final sale. All receipts must be authenticated to process the return. Clothing must be unworn with tags attached.
Please email email@example.com for a Return Authorization number and we will assist you with your return.
The customer is responsible for any shipping charges and we require that you insure the package. We will not be responsible for the cost of any lost packages. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
